Does anybody knows how to solve this?
I had installed the sftware before and averything was working fine, needed to install old canon camera (powershot A620) software but did not work properly.
I decided to remove the printer's software and try to install camera's software again.
Camera's software installed properly, then tried to install printer's software and get the error "New port could not be created: 0023"
After hours on the phone with Canon support, the gave up and blamed the computer and windows, even though the software was installed before and worked.
System:
Windows 7 64 bits. Printer connectod to router via ethernet port
