Need help to reset memory from my Canon MB2720 Printer

My printer displayed the 5B00 Error Code. I cleaned the ink absorbers and reinstalled them. I also tried to reset the printer by following a few advices on forums, but got nowhere. Can anybody help, it would be much appreciated

The error would point to a problem with the hardware. The printer would need service to get back up and running. Unfortunately, we do not have any service manuals that we can provide for the printer. You can log into your MyCanon account to check your service options or chat with techsupport.
