Hi everyone,
The other day, my printer gave paper jammed error. I put too much paper in the feeder while printing, and it take more than one paper in one time. Since I was in a hurry, I took out the papers without looking at the instructions. More than one paper was jammed in same row, but i took off them without any rupture. Then the paper jam or no toner warning did not go away. I took out and put the toner according to the instructions on it repeatedly. I also did a hard reset of the printer via menu. But the warning is still there. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
It does look like something might have been damaged when you removed the paper jam. In this situation, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents can check the specific error that you are getting and help you check the hardware to see if the printer needs service.
