My MX410 won't print in color anymore! Help!

Does anyone know how to turn on some setting I have apparently turned off that will make my Canon MX410 printer print again with color?

I have the same problem. New cartridge, cleaned, settings to color and still no color. What next? Or is this a built in obsolescence by Canon? If it is something we can fix, I would like to know the fix. Thanks, Gloria

I see I cannot type. My printer is an MX432 but the problem is the same No color printing after new cartridge, cleaning, and alignment.

 yes, under properties I have grayscale unchecked.
