My MF632 cdw is not printing magenta

My LASER JET MF632 cdw has started clicking when I send something to print. Like there are wheels spinning and clicking. My dashboard has a message on it that says "correcting...please wait" This will go on for 3 to 5 minutes. Then it will stop and a few seconds later print the job. BUT now it has also stopped printing magenta. I have literally just replaced all of the cartridges. I am not a techie by any means but if some one knows if this is an easy fix or if I need to get the printer serviced I would apprecaite any insight. I do need my printer up and running soon!!!

I understand your Color imageCLASS MF632Cdw isn't printing magenta and has started clicking when you send something to print.  If you are using Genuine Canon Cartridges, I recommend contacting us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) for further assistance.  I understand that the forum may be your preferred method of communication; however, speaking with our telephone technical support group will be very beneficial in this case.
