Missing trays

Hello;

I have an old image Runner 3235. I played with the settings trying to fix an issue. Among the things I did, I hit the "Reset" button, and that might have caused my current issue. The machine has 4 trays, but now it only shows 1 & 2, trays 3 & 4 don't show on the machine screen, they are not detected. I did not change any brackets inside the trays to adjust the paper size, in other words, I did not touch the trays. Any help on how that might have happened and how to fix would be really appreciated.

Hi Danny;

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have the phone of a couple of dealers, I just did not call them because the machine is so old and I have no contract with them. I will give them a try though.
