Mf644cdw has stopped scan to email

My MF644CDW has stopped scanning to email. As the documents are scanning it will print out a notification saying error and that’s it. I have reset everything on the printer and from my desk top and it still will not work. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you. I’m using a Mac but the issue is with the scanner. I’m trying to scan to my gmail account and it won’t go through. The printer will print out a report a couple pages into the scan saying error and that’s it. No code nothing.

If the scan is failing and it is not giving you any specific error codes to point to the problem, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist with the scan to email issue and can check what settings need to be adjust or what is causing the communication issue.
