Maxify MB2720 won't start

the power light is on, however print qon't start and won't make any noise. nothing on the screen. Checked power supply and it works fine. any idea what caused the problem?

I'm trying to undestand your problem.

"Nothing on the screen"?  Are you referring to the printers LCD? 

Have you tried turning it off, disconnected from power...  waiting 15 sec, reconnecting to power and turning it back on?

yes, Nothing on the printer LCD screen. 

I have tried turning it off, disconnected from power...  waiting 15 sec, reconnecting to power and turning it back on. It still doens't work.

I also checked the power supply. no control voltage. then I applied 3V votage to the control line. the out put voltage changed from 8V to 32V. the printer still doesn't start. very strange. I don't know what's wrong with it. Hate to throw it away.

Any advise is appreciated.
