MB2720 - Black Not Printing Clearly

Hi - I replaced the black ink cartridge for the first time since buying printer.  Since I replaced it, black is no longer printing clearly.  The printer shows the black cartridge as full.  All other colors are printing correctly.

Hi dhardecker.

Is the ink leaving gaps?  Does it seem to be offset left/right every other line/pass of printing?

Can you provide pictures of how the black ink is currently printing?  Knowing how it's streaking, smudging, etc. can help us narrow down possible solutions.
