I have printed the print review and it showed issues with black ink. I cleaned the printer nozzle three times. I cleaned the roller. I changed all four cartridges just to make sure. I have not seen any improvement in printing quality. I have tried for hours to get through to Canon tech service and never get to talk to a person. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you

Hi oldguyrodder,
Based on your desciption of the issue, it is recommended that you clean the encoder/timing strip of your MAXIFY MB2720. To do this, please follow the steps on this page:

Thank you for the information. I checked the site and followed the steps. I did not observe any grease but did clean the clear strip anyway. There was no change in the printing quality. I have decided to get a new printer.
