I just bought two Maxify GX7021 printers. They should work well for our business, but we need to print from flash drives. When the flash drive is inserted and we attempt to print a document, we get an error. The error says, "Cannot print the specified PDF file because an error has occurred while scanning the file, the format is not supported, or the file is too large."
This error occurs with all the PDF files I have. It occurs regardless of size, and it happens to file with pictures and without.
Thoughts?

Hello Clarkmassey,
The Gx7021 can have problems reading PDF files if they fall under the following criteria.
Files scanned using the operation panel of the printer and saved on a USB flash drive with Format set to other than PDF or Compact PDF
Encrypted data
Data more than 2 GB
You can view all of the specifications and steps for printing PDF files from the memory card using the steps in the link HERE. For further assistance with the PDF files, you can contact our support team over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check the files on the flash driver to see what might be going on.
