Hi Friends,
I've gone through all the built-in cleaning utilities and wiped down all the areas that I could access to wipe down. The toner is over 50% full and it's so dang expensive that I'd hate to buy more as a troubleshooting step.
(I'm likely days away from donating this printer.)
