Maxify 2720

A few short months after getting this printer at the suggestion of my printer shop guy, the lines in black starting printing unevenly.  I performed many head cleanings and finally took it to my printer guy.  He did all he could (cleaned everything etc) and even him could not solve the problem.

Hi michelesuepke,

 

Please try cleaning the encoder inside of your MAXIFY MB2720.  To perform this, please follow the steps in this article:

I will pass that information on to my printer guy.  He had the machine for a few weeks and ran/did a lot of things on it.  I will see if he did that.

This simple reply took MANY WEEKS to get to me.  Will the conversation go faster from now on?
