MF8580 blank output from Copy/Scan

I get this machine for less than 2 weeks. It can print quality text/picture out. But the ouyput of the "scan and copy" are blank pages.

Then, I would confirm the toner is fine, because we can get good printing output. I also checked the setting, it should work under ipv4 environment. I downloaded the latest driver from Canon.com.

I tried to find a answer from the manual, articles, knowledgement and forum, cannot find a solution for this problem.

I am appreciate for any help.

I have exact same problem as Chinut.   Played with the the parameter settings and tried every combination possible,  Power cycled the printer few times (what can I do, I am desparate!)

Any help to get this resovle and get back to being useful will be greatly appreciated.
