The printing function works right. When I I try to scan or copy, it only output a blank page. Any suggestion? By the way, why my post were deleted?

I get this machine for less than 2 weeks. It can print quality text/picture out. But the ouyput of the "scan and copy" are blank pages. Then, I would confirm the toner is fine, because we can get good printing output. I also checked the setting, it s...
