MF808CW printer> I am having a problem with the scanner program. I bought printer used from a neighbor and she said it was working OK and I am sure that is true.
The printing program from Computer works OK. The copy program works also. WILL NOTSCAN TO COMPUTER AT PRINTER WINDOW EVEN THO THE OPTION IS LISTED. I DO NOT HAVE AN ICON ON DESKTOP TO OPERATE THE PRINTER OPTION FROM COMPUTER??
I have download the software two times from Canon suport making sure it was installed properly. The Lady had lost the Installation Disc so had to download software. I have Windows O.S. 10.
