Hello everyone, I would like to get some help if possible. 

I have already downloaded the scanner patch and it did not work.  

I have Windows 10  home, 64 bit,

I have called that number several times.  One just gets a recorded message that there is no support there for MF455.

  I have already registered my product. 

If I try to reinstall the scanner drivers, 2 different computers will not let me install the scanner drivers. 

I can print something from my computer.
