MF733cdw error E744-5000

I just purchase the Canon MF733cdw last week and I have been getting the following error in the LCD screen.

Can someone provide direction on this issue since this is a new printer?

I contacted Canon support, they informed me I have a bad unit (surprising since this is brand new from the store). They will be shipping me a "refurbished" unit, hoping it works.
