MF733cdw crescent shaped ink anomaly and paper creasing

Our printer has started to have crescent shaped "ink" smudges? on printed paper - sometimes also shows creasing in paper. It is worse with color items than black and white. We regularly run the cleaning maintenance recommended and use canon toner - We cannot seem to get this to go away, help!

The issue looks like a problem caused by something in the paper feed path or by a problem with the hardware. In this situation, you can try removing all of the toner and checking the interior for any torn paper or obstructions.
