MF733Cdw printing faint on right side of page, both color and black

I have a MF733 Cdw that is printing faint on the right side of the page.  I have replaced the toner with Cannon brand cartridges and gone through all of the adjustment options.  I have seen that there is a possibility that the laser is dirty, but I don't know if this is something that I can do myself.  I also have not had any luck finding a somebody to repair the unit.

If half of the print is faded, you can try opening the printer and removing the toner cartridges. Once the toner cartridges are out, you can gently shake the toner to make sure it is evenly distributed. If you continue to have issues, you can try cleaning the fixing assembly and ITB using the steps in the link HERE. If those maintenance options do not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service and you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
