MF656 vs MF753. What's the difference? Which one is better? Newer?

What's the difference between the MF656 vs MF753?

I see that the MF753 can print faster, but is the print quality the same?

I notice that the MF656 has lower power consumption?

Which one is newer? 

I print on occasion and I may not need the print speed of the MF753

I like the print quality of the MF753, will I be able to achieve that with the MF656?
