MF654Cdw - driver returns a 404 web page error

Purchased and installed a Canon MF654Cdw printer, Windows 11.  In the download section is one for:

[Windows 32bit & 64bit] MF Scan Utility Ver.1.20.0.2

When clicked it produces a 404 web page error, page not found.

Did a Google search for the specific file and found nothing.   It has "Scan Utility" so I presume it is needed for scanning documents.

What is the file and how important is it?

The file is needed in order to use the scanner.  Its not optional.  😃
