This printer is only a month or two old and there is no apparent dirtying of the rollers. When the printer tries to pull in a sheet of paper it pulls it most of the way in or all the way and then spits the page back out below the paper tray and then throws a paper jam error. This all seemed to become more and more common with our label sheets. Now it just won't load anything.

Greetings,
You should use the manual feeder to print labels, not the paper tray.

Hello Johnsonuscg,
The cassette will have to bend the paper more that when you use the multipurpose tray. When feeding from the cassette, the stickers in the label can start to separate and cause a paper jam. I would suggest feeding all specialty papers from the multipurpose tray. If you are getting a jam error when trying to feed plain paper from the cassette as well, You can try checking the printer for any obstructions using the steps i the link provided HERE.
