MF641Cw Toner Auto Replenishment?

I have been trying to get my printer registered to get toner when i need it and when i first got the printer it showed the button to get the service but then it updated and it went away. Why does the 642 get the service but not the 641?

Hello Cvivona91,

The MF642Cdw and MF644Cdw have the ability to use the auto replenish service but unfortunately, the MF641Cdw can't use the service.
