My MF3240 won't scan anymore after years of functioning properly. Am using Windows 7 [x64]. I don't get any error message, the function just won't open. When I checked for compatibility issues the troubleshooter said it detected an issue with wft. It also said that it had been resolved, but it obviously wasn't. I'm not a techie but I think I downloaded a driver from the Canon site - still not working.
