Hello,
I just purchase a MF267dw on March 6 online thru the Canon store, It arrive last week. I went to setup the printer up on Saturday and there was no toner or drum units in the box. I call custom service and they told me to call support and they will send me the tomer and drum.
OK, for the past 3 days I been trying to get thru the Support Phone tree. Every time I get cannot get pass the question when they ask for the model type. I try every combination of model type. I even had some else try and it still didn't work.
What is the trick to get thru to a real person.
Is there a way to email tech support

Update - after an hour and half waiting and on the phone with Tech support - they told me they needed pictures of the printer missing the toner and drum.
I think I copy down the email address wrong they gave me, I keep getting an error when I email them.
