I think after I upgraded to Windows 10, I could no longer scan. I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it, and now I can't print. The printer doesn't show up in the list of printers so it's not being recognized at all. I've tried reinstalling the drivers several times and on different computers.

If none of your computer are able to locate the printer, you can try reconnecting the printer to your wireless network using the steps in the link HERE. Once reconnected, you can download the MF244 drivers from our Canon USA support site and check if the printer can be detected. If the printer still can't connect, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 to see what might be causing the connection issue.
