Hi, I have the Canon MF 733Cdw and run Windows 10 (x64).
When I go to the Scan Utility, it only shows a wired connection to the scanner under "Product Name." But I no longer have a wired connection.
How do I get it to recognize the wireless network version?
The wired version of the MF is listed in my print options as "Canon MF 731C/733C" whereas the wirelss network version is listed as "MF731/733". The latter option does not show under "Prodct Name" under "General Setting" in the Scan Utility.
Thank you.

Hello Seminole95,
Since you are no longer using your MF733Cdw via a wired connection, I suggest you uninstall the current drivers and MF Scan Utility then reinstall the drivers and MF Scan Utility for the network connection to resolve your issue with your computer not recognizing the network scanner.
