Just bought an MF 632 image class printer. I print packing slips for my business and only need half the sheet. I do not want to throw these away. on my old Canon printer I just sliped the unused half sheet in the paper tray and hit print. it would print the half sheet. This new printer is too smart for that... it knows that the whole sheet did not print so it then takes a full sheet and prints the page again waisting a whole sheet. I programed a custom 8 1/2 x 6 sheet to feed in the slot above the tray, the printer will print this 1/2 sheet just fine this way as well but still I have to cancel the print job or it will print another whole sheet again...
Anyone know how to dummy up this printer? Or have a workaround?
