I am using MacOS 10.14.2 with a Mac Pro and have an MF4770n Cannon printer. This printer has been a work horse for the past 5 years printing thousands of pages.
Today it will not print. The print Queue show that the file is being sent to the printer and the light on the printer is blikning processing data.
I deleted the printer from System Prefrences > Printers & Scanners and reinstalled using the + button, rebooted the computer a couple of times and turned off the printer and turned it back on. Repoaced the toner cartridge.
I could print using another printer so the software is working, printing from Preview. I need this work horse back running.
