Can anyone help with this issue?
I can locate the printer on the network and 'read' the saved destination folders already registered in the printer. When I try to add a 2nd folder from Windows 10 I get a message saying: 'Printer is not responding...'. (the first folder was added using windows 7 - no problems)
Have turned off firewall and checked that I can ping the printer and connect to its web interface using its ip address - all good. What am I missing? Please someone!
