MB2320 printer not printing from web browser

Hi,

i'm looking for some help with setting up my printer to print from a web browser. I've tried printing from Microsoft Edge and Firefox and niether one works. I've run the trouble shooter, printed a test page, and printed from microsoft word with no problems.

After selecting print from the web browser, I check the print que and there are no documents pending.

Hi iamberk59,

In Firefox, when you click on the Menu button in the right hand corner and then Print, does the preview of the web page appear correctly?

When you then click the Print button in the upper left hand corner of the preview, is the Canon MB2300 series printer listed?

Does the status state ready?
