Used to recommend Canon to all my clients and upon purchasing one myself because well I loved Canon so much I recently after struggling with MAGENTA ink Cartridge decided never again. I have tried to get assistance over and over again and to no avail. I for the longevity of my business as well as the sustaining integrity of myself as a person who recommends good product and services can no longer advise to purchase this product. Unfortunately unable to use this HUGE paperweight of a machine because the Magenta is out. REALLY?? the machine can do nothing once any cartridge is low or out. To me. This disqualifies you from ever being a machine I would recommend to anyone unless of course I wish my clients to hate me.
Sorry CANON.. MAJOR FAIL.
