That code would point to a problem with the hardware or there is a problem with the way one of the ink tanks are loaded. You can open the front of the printer to where the ink tanks are loaded and check for any paper jams or ink tanks that looks like they are out of place.
If the ink is loaded properly and you do not see any jams, it looks like the printer needs service. You can log into your MyCanon account to check for any available service options.
