MAXIFY GX5050 not printing cyan and yellow

Yes, I did find this page, but that does not help.

In the end, I phoned with Canon and found on the other end a very friendly man who explained exactly what to do. The problem is not that it wouldn't work, but the problem is that through this page the instructions cannot be executed, they are in English, and the translation is bogus. My system is in Dutch …
