Today, we just got an ImageClass D570 in our office, black and white printing only and with the starter cartridge, and are noticing a light grey background printed on each document.
There are no watermarks on the Word Documents we've printed, yet there is a light grey background. If it's an issue with the starter cartridge the printer came with, that is another issue, but I haven't found settings available that can help me change this.
I'm unsure if this is to simulate paper tint or not. Regardless, is there a way to turn off this setting?
The main computer using the printer is a Windows 11.
