LBP632Cdw - just bought, what is this random plastic part?

Hi, so I received the Canon LBP632Cdw laser printer from Amazon today and when I opened the box a plastic piece came tumbling out that I don't know what to do with. It's the same color as the printer, it's not as wide as the printer but close, and it looks like it has a long plastic tab that would fit in somewhere. I don't see anything missing from the printer so I'm super confused. The instructions don't mention it either. Any help would be appreciated!

Without seeing it, I'm going to guess.  When you load legal size paper into the printer, the drawer does not fully close.  The piece is a cover for the drawer when you have legal paper loaded.  😃  Something like this.
