LBP632Cdw Keeps throwing errors

I removed it from "wireless" because it kept throwing error.  It is now direct connected to via USB and still doing the same thing. I am becoming disenchanted with this printer. Ease of use is not there. Trying to print an envelope via the multipurpose feed is a pain. You have to change all the paper settings and it still comes back with an error. UGH!  I hate to make a lug here but I miss my OKI
