We just got this installed and for a couple days it worked fine. Now when we send a print job to the printer(we have it connected to WiFi) the printer seems to be paused. How do we fix that?

Greetings,
Without knowing anything more than the model of printer you own, the following might help.
Are you using DHCP for IP assignments. What is the printers IP address? Can you PING it from another device on your network? Chances are the IP address your router assigned to the printer when it was installed might have changed. If a computer is sending jobs to this "destination" they will fail.
Start by assigning the printer a static IP address. Remove and re-add the printer using its IP address. This will ensure reliable communication on your network.
The above is applicable for PC or MAC.

I totally agree on static IP addresses for printers and those type of devices. We have done that and at this time we have the printer responding as it did for the first couple days. Thanks for your help!
