ImageClass MF445dw does not receive incoming fax

This is a brand new printer I bought and setup yesterday. Everything is working out good including sending fax, but it does not receiving fax at all. These are my settings, I might miss something?

The line is for fax only, no telephone, no answering maching connecting to it.

RX Mode: I tried both Auto and Fax/Tel Auto Switch. There's no option for Fax only.

There's no Caller Rejection, the Address Book is empty.

Number of rings before answering, I tried both 2,3, and 6

There's no much help in Forum, I followed the link https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-4518-zz-SSM-440-enUV/contents/devu-fax-rece.html#0412_h3_01    and no luck.

Anyone can help is much appreciated, thanks.

Hi Rick,

It's absolutely an analog line and either Comcast or ATT is service provider, thanks.
