ImageCLASS MFb32Cdw color copy in lines

Hello. My printer will copy just fine in black and white, but color copy has started only copying in lines. How do I correct this?

Hello, 

The Imageclass series will put lines through scans or copies when it detects certain types of documents/forms or currency. Unfortunately, there would not be a setting that we can adjust to change that function. You can try making black and white scans or copies, but you would not be able to reproduce those items in color.
