Our office printer at work is a Canon MF753cdw. We just bought it a couple months ago and it has been working fine up until this point, but it now prints a faded red line on the right hand side of documents and the black ink is also faded as well. I have checked the cartridges, taken them out and cleaned the belt and nothing seems to fix it. I have also played around in the settings as well hoping something would fix it, but nothing has worked. Nobody in my office is tech savvy, so we need all the help we can get. Thanks in advance!
