My ImageCLASS MF644Cdw is showing a paper jam, but I've thoroughly examined it, unplugged it for several hours, removed and reseated the cartridges, removed and replaced the paper in the tray, and still the error persists. I scoured YouTube and Google, and found nothing specific to ImageCLASS printers (though I did find reference to a particular Canon inkjet model).
Ideas?

Hello Juanuchis,
If you have removed the toner and used the steps in the link HERE to check for jams, it looks like the printer would need service. In this situation, I would suggest logging into your MyCanon account or contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 to check your service options. Our agents would be happy to assist checking what might be causing the jam message or provide any service options.
