I've read on here that you can do this by hitting the volume button, but I've done that, reduce FAX volume down and turned off every option in the panel. I still get a beep that lasts about 1 second for each print.
How do I turn this off? It is so loud it wakes everyone in the house.
Barring that, anyone just cut the speaker wire?
thanks

Greetings,
Interesting. These are my settings. I've never changed them. My printers are in my office so maybe I've never noticed the sounds.

still beeping so I looked up this thread again. Here are my sound settings:
I talked to tech support and when they couldn't figure it out they put me on hold, then came back to say it was beeping because my network is bad. Not sure what that means but my other printer works just fine. And never had issues with my network with any other device.
