I've used the color printing option before and had no issue, other than the ink smudging a little on dark tones. But I haven't printed color in about 2 months and now it will only print in shades of gray, black and white. The cartridges are still mostly full, seeing as I usually only print in black and white anyways. I've tried changing settings on my printer and have made sure that the driver I had installed was up to date. I'm not sure what the problem is but I've only owned this printer maybe 3 months.
