I have an Image Class printer. I can print no issues.But, whne I try to scan a document to my computer it shows no computer found. And on my computer I open the MF Network Scan Selectory its blank. The printer is hooked up wirelessly. Any help is apprciated!

If the computer is connecting to wifi, check whether it's using a 5 GHz wifi connection (5G wifi). If so, try switching it to a standard 2.4 GHz wifi connection. If the computer is on an extended network, such as a public, dorm, school, or large-office network, make sure the printer and computer are connecting to the same subnet (sub network).
To confirm whether the network is allowing the printer and computer to communicate, you can try opening the printer's Remote UI.
