Hello, our IPF 760 prints letters twice and offset 2mm downwards. Patterns are printed correctly.
The writing is also offset on the nozzle test sample, but the nozzle test sample is perfect.
We have updated the firmware to V1.5 but without success.
The printhead was also replaced, but again to no avail.
Anyone have an idea?

Greetings,
Try aligning the printhead if available
Also check the Encoder (timing) strip

Hi Rick,
I tried anything to align the printhead. I also cleaned the encoder strip, but the result is still the same.
The nozzle test was fine the the pattern test, also.
I got no idea.
Could it be an adobe acrobat problem?
