My company's IPF685 printer produces "filter failure" error when printing after Mac Catalina update. Is there a driver to fix this? The Canon robo helper suggested I talk to a salesman about getting a new printer. I would think a poduct that is barely two years old would be able to keep up with Catalina.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Greetings,
This model was released about 4 yrs ago. I understand yours is only 2 yrs old.
I would think drivers would be released, but cannot say for certain. I've already said this elsewhere today (Similar model). Contact Canon and let them know you are hoping for updated drivers 1-800-423-2366
I the meantime, I would run from a Mojave based system.
