Thermal transfer paper is not a supported paper for the imageCLASS units. To view the supported paper types, please refer to the e-Manual for the machine, under "Specifications" > "Paper".
This type of printing is usually supported with our Pixma printers. For more information about these units, please contact our Sales department at 1-800-828-4040, 8:00AM - 12:00AM, 7 days a week.
