I need help printing envelopes MF624Cw from iMac. Error message and spacing comes out messed up.

I am able to print on regular sized paper from tray. However, I can't figure out why I keep getting an error message for envelope printing. The spacing and print is all over the place and looks nothing like the "preview" page on the iMac.
